Condo & HOA Issues
The area of real estate law governing condo and homeowner associations (HOA) is unique and complicated. Residents living in planned condo communities: often pay regular dues or special assessments covering management, landscaping, special amenities, such as a club house or community center, and general up-keep. Condo and homeowner associations are committed to enforcing the community's interests instead of individual needs. Using effective advocacy skills and sound legal judgment, we work to protect condo owners in complex legal disputes with their condo neighbors or HOA. This may require us negotiate on your behalf with the HOA as well as represent you in arbitration or other proceedings as defined in your HOA rules or regulations.
